terms and conditions

A Non-Refundable deposit is required for all accommodation bookings.

Arrival times, 15.00 to 21.00hrs. Later or earlier arrivals or later check-out is avalable by prior arrangement and subject to an extra charge.

Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

Credit Card transactions will be charged at an appropriate rate.

Cancellation Charge of £10 per person per night applies.

If you have to cancel your booking within the periods stated below, a cancellation charge will apply.

Bookings cancelled 30 days before arrival: 50% payment of total booking cost will be charged.

Bookings cancelled 15 days before arrival: a full 100% payment of the total booking cost will be charged.
